Users must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, and companies must be incorporated under the laws of Uganda or incorporated under the company laws of the jurisdiction of their origin.
Users agree to provide accurate information during the registration process.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and are liable for all activities that occur under their account.

Companies listing job opportunities on Project 500K website must provide accurate information.
Project 500K reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any company listing that violates its terms of service.

Users agree not to post any unlawful, defamatory, abusive, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content on the platform.
Users who post content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or obscene will be prohibited from accessing the platform.
Users retain ownership of the content they submit, but grant Project 500K royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to use, modify and publicly display the content submitted. This content shall include; (Kindly include)

Project 500K may collect and use personal data, including but not limited to name, contact information, and employment history, for the purpose of facilitating connections between users and companies.
Personal information collected from users will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as permitted by the Personal Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.
Project 500K is committed to protecting the privacy of its users and will comply with the Personal Data Protection and Privacy Act, 2019.

Project 500K does not charge users for accessing the platform or applying for job opportunities.
Companies may be charged an annual or Bi-annual subscription fee for listing job opportunities, as determined by Project 500K.
The subscription shall be based on the type and duration of the listing.
Companies will receive a complimentary three-month period of platform usage.

Project 500K does not guarantee the availability of job opportunities listed on the website or the suitability of such opportunities for users.
Project 500K does not offer any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided on the platform.

Project 500K shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of the platform or with the delay or inability to use the platform, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.
In no event shall Project 500K's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the Company, for accessing the platform.
